Working for client but not for web app

Set agent = db.GetAgent("abc")
Call agent.Run()

working for me on notes client but not on web. I am calling an agent (lotusscript) from webquerysave and then m trying to call java agent from here. Manually when i run this agent it works fine for me but when i do same from web its not working.

plz help..
